Refund and Return Policy

At Frosty Dive, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Ice Baths and Water Chillers. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your Frosty Dive products. To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@frostydive.comPlease do not attempt to return the product to any address without our instructions. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your Frosty Dive product, please inspect it for any defects or damages. If you notice any issues or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures to resolve the issue.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items in relation to the return policy, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your Frosty Dive Ice Bath or Water Chiller for a different model or variant, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for obtaining the product you want.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at  support@frostydive.com 

Return Shipping Cost:
Please note that we do not offer free returns, and the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
- Estimated Return Cost: For the Frosty Dive Water Chiller, the estimated return cost is $299.99 USD.
