Frosty Dive One-Year Warranty
Effective Date: 01/10/2024
At Frosty Dive, we understand that sometimes, even the best products can encounter issues. That’s why we offer a free one-year warranty on all our water chillers and tubs, starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty used to cover only chillers before the 1st of October 2024, but now it extends to include our range of tubs as well, ensuring you are fully protected.
We also offer the option to extend your warranty for up to 5 years to provide extra peace of mind. If you're interested in this extended coverage, please contact us before your items are delivered to discuss your custom warranty needs.
What Our Warranty Covers:
For Chillers:
- Cooling Issues: If your chiller stops cooling and, after diagnosis, is deemed no longer operational, we will send you a replacement.
- Leakage Problems: If there's a leak that can’t be fixed, we will approve a replacement after review.
- Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or claim. After this period, you’ll be covered under the 30-day return window.
For Tubs (Now Covered As of October 2024):
We offer different types of tubs, and they are all covered under our warranty with specific conditions:

Small Portable Ice Bath Plunge (For Beginners or Careful Use):
- Warranty Coverage: While this tub is designed for compact cold plunging, it's made for careful users. The inflatable parts of the tub may develop minor leaks, but we provide a repair kit with every tub to help fix such issues.
- What’s Not Covered: Minor kinks to the plastic legs, damage to the inflatable areas, or misuse of the tub will not be covered under the warranty. Customers need to handle the tub with care, as jumping, dragging, or mishandling can cause damage.

Larger Tubs & Elite Barrels (Made with Thick PVC & Drop-Stitched Material):
- Warranty Coverage: Our larger tubs and barrels, built with 5cm thick, drop-stitched military-grade PVC, offer greater durability. However, even with this robust design, customers must use these tubs with care.
- What’s Not Covered: Dragging, jumping into the tub, or other forms of misuse are not covered under warranty. While the materials are strong, mishandling can still cause damage.
Delivery and Reporting Damages
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 24-48 hours to claim a replacement. After this period, the 30-day return window applies. Accessories, Epsom salts, or mushroom gummies are non-returnable, but replacements will be issued if reported damaged within the same time frame.
We also provide a repair kit with all tubs to address small leaks, ensuring long-term usability.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
For Chillers:
- Misuse or Mishandling: Dropping, angling, or tampering with the chiller voids the warranty. Operating in poor conditions (like extreme weather or poor ventilation) is also not covered.
- Improper Setup: Ensure the chiller is placed properly and left to settle after delivery. Failure to follow setup instructions may void the warranty.
For Tubs:
- Small Portable Ice Bath Plunge: Minor leaks or kinks to the inflatable parts, damage to plastic legs, or other parts due to negligence or misuse will not be covered. This tub is intended for careful use.
- Larger Tubs and Elite Barrels: Despite their durable, thick design, damage caused by dragging, jumping, or improper use is not covered.
