What Is ATA?
ATA stands for "atmospheres absolute," which measures pressure relative to normal atmospheric pressure at sea level. In mild hyperbaric chambers, 1.0 ATA is the pressure you experience at sea level. At 1.3 ATA, the pressure is slightly increased, creating a mild hyperbaric environment. Moving up to 1.4 or 1.5 ATA increases that pressure slightly more. While all these levels remain mild, the difference allows users to select a level of comfort or preference in their wellness routines, with all levels still focusing on relaxation and consistency.
