Exchange and Change of Address Policy

At Frosty Dive, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes mistakes happen. We strive to accommodate our customers as much as possible, but certain steps in the fulfillment process make it challenging to alter orders once placed. Please carefully review the following policy regarding order modifications, exchanges, and change of address:

Order Modifications or Exchanges

  • Requests for order changes or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the shipping label is generated, no further modifications or product swaps can be guaranteed.
  • If the product has already shipped, the order must be returned following our Refund and Return Policy before any exchanges can be processed.

Change of Address Policy

  • Customers must inform us of any address changes within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this timeframe, especially if shipping labels have been created, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the responsibility for any address correction fees or additional delivery costs will rest with the customer.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the label has been created. If a cancellation is still required, the product must first be returned to us, adhering to the Refund and Return Policy, before any refund is processed.
